Zenias was founded by Marche Bantum, an artist, lawyer, and entrepreneur from Australia. After scaling a marketing company specialising in TV and social media advertising, Marche built a custom full-stack CRM software platform for the industry; an endeavour that culminated in a major acquisition.

As an extremely early adopter of AI, the gap became clear: businesses need automated systems, but they also need to look and feel amazing. Observing the incredible democratisation of technology through AI, Marche assembled a team of passionate developers and designers to help people and organisations build their next chapter of digital success.

Quincy Patti is a Perth-based creative technologist and the founder of Don Darkoe, an independent music project built entirely through digital strategy, content marketing, and self-developed tools. With a background spanning music production, brand development, and live performance across Australia and internationally, Quincy brings a rare combination of creative instinct and technical execution to every project.

On the technical side, Quincy designs and builds AI-powered applications, multi-agent automation systems, and custom software tools. He is the creator of TMA OS, a mobile platform for independent artists, and has hands-on experience across full-stack development, AI integration, and workflow automation. At Zenias, he leads technical delivery and creative strategy, ensuring that every solution is built with both precision and practical impact.

James Royal is a seasoned technology founder and leader. He founded Little Group, a portfolio spanning managed IT, cloud and hosting, AI, web development, domains, and digital marketing across Australia and Europe.

At Zenias, James is Head of Strategic Engineering, connecting roadmap intent to engineering reality. He is an expert in agentic AI and enterprise security, with hands-on delivery across multi-agent orchestration, tool integrations, and automated workflows. He delivers full-stack software, cloud infrastructure, and observability where the work actually happens.
