Performance Benchmarking
We benchmark how you operate today against peers who are already automating in Sydney, identifying where automation creates the biggest competitive edge.
For finance, tech, and professional services firms in Sydney: move from AI intent to working tools without another strategy deck gathering dust.
We benchmark how you operate today against peers who are already automating in Sydney, identifying where automation creates the biggest competitive edge.
Deep assessment of your actual business processes at task level, mapping specific automation opportunities ranked by return and feasibility.
Working automations deployed during the engagement — not a pitch deck, but proof that automation works in your systems, not a generic NSW slide.
Section 01 — Success Stories
We've worked with a lot of organisations. These two are the ones where we got to do all of it. Strategy, training, full-stack development, security, roadmapping. The kind of work that changes how a business operates.
// ENGAGEMENT 01
Cayman Islands
Led by Carlos Bourgy, Head of Restructuring & Insolvency
Development • Strategy • Training • Integration
We built a system that automates a significant portion of IMS's liquidation service offering across the Cayman Islands. The tool scrapes data from the Cayman Islands registry and judiciary in real time, pulls registries and gazettes, and turns the lot into an interactive dashboard. It also assists with financial reconciliation and reporting across active matters. We then trained Carlos on its use and technical stack, and consulted him on getting more out of ChatGPT and Claude for his day-to-day AI needs.
Key Outcome
A significant portion of the firm's liquidation workflow now runs automatically. The team monitors court filings and reconciles in real time.
[Marche] quickly understood the niche requirements of the project and delivered a practical, intelligent solution that is both useful and efficient. His knowledge, responsiveness and ability to translate complex needs into a functional AI tool were impressive.

// ENGAGEMENT 02
Perth, Western Australia
Led by Brandon Willington, CEO
Development • Training • Integration • Strategy
We've worked with Where U across the full stack of their AI integration. We built them a custom Sales and Commission Hub that converts every invoice raised into a commission claim, then runs those claims through a configurable rules engine for deterministic calculation. These features are not commercially available anywhere else. We've also built them a recruitment bot, an appointment setter, a voice agent, a member portal, and trained their teams along the way.
Key Outcome
Saving 25 hours of management time every month. A more adaptive team with more time for sales calls, increased revenue and reduced costs.
[Zenias] built a custom software solution for us that has features that straight up aren't commercially available on the market, and it's saving us around 25 hours a month in labour from some of our highest paid management staff.

Section 02 — The Opportunity
Sydney teams are under real pressure to do something with AI. Plenty of organisations have a strategy deck; fewer have something running in production. The gap isn't ambition. It's time, ownership, and knowing what to ship first.
We work from how your team actually works: real workflows, real tools. During the engagement we ship small automations so you can see value early, then leave you with a roadmap your Sydney crew can execute with us, solo, or alongside your existing partners.
Section 03 — Deliverables
Our forward-looking approach goes beyond solving today's problems. You're building for next year, not just next quarter.
Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring (Levels 1-5) benchmarked against Sydney peers (same industries, same constraints). Workflow-Level Process Maps showing current-state operations, bottlenecks, and automation targets.
2-3 working automations built and deployed during the engagement. Not recommendations — actual solutions running in your environment from day one.
12-18 month strategic plan with phased milestones, resource requirements, and an ROI Calculator numbers tied to your Sydney ops, not a generic template.
Training materials and video guides for every deployed automation. 90-day advisory access for implementation questions, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
We integrate consulting, training, and development. You're not choosing between strategy and execution — you get both.

Section 04 — The Method
Remote workflow assessment with your Sydney team via video and collaborative tools. Stakeholder interviews across leadership and operations to understand your actual challenges.
Capability analysis, process mapping, and identification of 10-15 automation opportunities with ROI modelling tailored to Sydney market conditions.
Comprehensive readiness assessment, strategic implementation plan, and clear transition path to execution.
Build and implement 2-3 quick-win automations during the engagement, proving immediate value to your organisation.
Any Sydney business navigating AI adoption — from financial services firms in the CBD and tech startups in Surry Hills through to professional services companies and media organisations. If you know AI matters but need clarity on where to start, what to prioritise, or how to execute, this service is built for you.
Most Sydney consulting engagements end with a report and a handshake. Zenias stays in the room through execution. We map your actual workflows, deploy working automations during the engagement so you see real ROI immediately, and deliver an implementation roadmap you can act on — whether with your team, ours, or both.
Yes. For Sydney clients we run the engagement remotely (video, screen share, shared docs). That's how we do our best work with distributed teams. Our HQ is in Perth. If an in-person discovery block helps, ask us and we'll scope it.
Every engagement is tailored to your situation. Broadly, we move through four phases: remote discovery and stakeholder interviews, capability and workflow assessment, quick-win automation deployment, and strategic roadmap delivery. The engagement can be a focused sprint or an ongoing advisory partnership.
Quick wins are purposefully light, agile automations we build and deploy during the engagement — giving you working proof that AI delivers in your specific Sydney business environment before you commit to larger initiatives. The exact nature and number are scoped to your workflows and system access.
A comprehensive set including a Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring benchmarked against Sydney's competitive landscape, workflow-level process maps, an Automation Opportunity Register, deployed quick-win automations, a 12-18 month strategic implementation roadmap, and an ROI Calculator modelling your specific time savings and cost reductions.
Consulting integrates naturally with Zenias's Training and Development services. We can identify what to build, train your teams to use and extend it, and develop complex solutions where needed — all within a single, connected engagement. Governance services can also be layered in to ensure everything deployed is properly protected.
