Operations Assessment
Evaluate where AI creates the highest return across your Darwin operations — from resource management to remote workforce coordination.
Mining, defence, energy, and tourism teams in Darwin and the NT: strategy you can measure, and automations from week one, not phase three next year.
Evaluate where AI creates the highest return across your Darwin operations — from resource management to remote workforce coordination.
Comprehensive maturity assessment covering infrastructure, skills, processes, and governance readiness for AI adoption in the NT context.
Working automations built and deployed during the engagement — real solutions running in your environment before the engagement concludes.
Section 01 — Success Stories
We've worked with a lot of organisations. These two are the ones where we got to do all of it. Strategy, training, full-stack development, security, roadmapping. The kind of work that changes how a business operates.
// ENGAGEMENT 01
Cayman Islands
Led by Carlos Bourgy, Head of Restructuring & Insolvency
Development • Strategy • Training • Integration
We built a system that automates a significant portion of IMS's liquidation service offering across the Cayman Islands. The tool scrapes data from the Cayman Islands registry and judiciary in real time, pulls registries and gazettes, and turns the lot into an interactive dashboard. It also assists with financial reconciliation and reporting across active matters. We then trained Carlos on its use and technical stack, and consulted him on getting more out of ChatGPT and Claude for his day-to-day AI needs.
Key Outcome
A significant portion of the firm's liquidation workflow now runs automatically. The team monitors court filings and reconciles in real time.
[Marche] quickly understood the niche requirements of the project and delivered a practical, intelligent solution that is both useful and efficient. His knowledge, responsiveness and ability to translate complex needs into a functional AI tool were impressive.

// ENGAGEMENT 02
Perth, Western Australia
Led by Brandon Willington, CEO
Development • Training • Integration • Strategy
We've worked with Where U across the full stack of their AI integration. We built them a custom Sales and Commission Hub that converts every invoice raised into a commission claim, then runs those claims through a configurable rules engine for deterministic calculation. These features are not commercially available anywhere else. We've also built them a recruitment bot, an appointment setter, a voice agent, a member portal, and trained their teams along the way.
Key Outcome
Saving 25 hours of management time every month. A more adaptive team with more time for sales calls, increased revenue and reduced costs.
[Zenias] built a custom software solution for us that has features that straight up aren't commercially available on the market, and it's saving us around 25 hours a month in labour from some of our highest paid management staff.

Section 02 — The Challenge
The NT is logistically hard by default: long hauls, remote assets, thin benches. That's exactly where small automations compound. Generic Canberra-shaped PDFs rarely survive first contact with Territory ops. We map what you actually run, ship automations during the engagement, and give your Darwin team a roadmap that works on the ground.
Section 03 — What You Get
Every deliverable is built for the reality of Territory operations — practical, deployable, and designed for distributed teams.
Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring across six pillars. Workflow-Level Process Maps showing current-state operations, bottlenecks, and automation targets for your NT business.
2-3 working automations built and deployed during the engagement. Real solutions running in your environment — designed for the Territory's unique operational demands.
12-18 month implementation plan with phased milestones, resource requirements, and ROI Calculator modelling savings for your Darwin operations.
Training materials and video guides for every deployed solution. 90-day advisory access for implementation questions, optimisation, and ongoing support.
Consulting, training, and development — integrated. Strategy and execution delivered as one.

Section 04 — The Method
Structured remote assessment with your Darwin team — purpose-built for distributed operations. We interview leadership and operations via video to map the real picture.
Capability analysis, process mapping, and identification of automation opportunities with ROI modelling for Northern Territory operations.
Comprehensive readiness assessment, strategic implementation plan, and execution pathway built for distributed Territory teams.
Build and implement 2-3 quick-win automations during the engagement — tangible proof of value in your environment.
Entirely remote for Darwin and NT teams: video, screen share, and shared tools. We built the process for distance. FIFO, sites, regional offices. Our HQ is in Perth. If you need in-person time, we'll scope what's realistic.
Mining and resources, defence, energy, tourism, and government services all benefit significantly. The engagement is tailored to your industry context and the unique challenges of operating in the Territory.
Yes. We deliver the full engagement via video, screen-share, and collaborative tools. Many Territory businesses operate across distributed locations — FIFO workforces, remote sites, regional offices — and our process is designed for exactly that.
Four phases: discovery and stakeholder interviews, capability assessment and workflow mapping, quick-win automation deployment, and strategic roadmap delivery. Timelines and structure flex to your situation and operational constraints.
We deliver working solutions, not consultant reports. Automations are built and deployed during the engagement so you see real value before the project ends — critical for Territory businesses where every efficiency gain compounds across distance.
Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring, workflow process maps, Automation Opportunity Register, deployed automations, a 12-18 month strategic roadmap, and ROI Calculator. Mid-market and enterprise clients also receive 90 days of advisory access.
We right-size everything to your context. Automations are built for reliability in remote environments, roadmaps account for Territory workforce dynamics, and our remote delivery ensures no compromise regardless of where your team operates.
