Operational Health Check
Find the friction in Melbourne operations with a structured capability pass, where automation actually pays off.
Manufacturing, health, education, and creative teams in Melbourne: practical AI work. Fewer workshops, more working systems.
Find the friction in Melbourne operations with a structured capability pass, where automation actually pays off.
Map how your existing platforms, data flows, and team processes connect — then identify where intelligent automation fits naturally.
Working automations deployed during the engagement so your team sees real results, not just a vision document.
Section 01 — Success Stories
We've worked with a lot of organisations. These two are the ones where we got to do all of it. Strategy, training, full-stack development, security, roadmapping. The kind of work that changes how a business operates.
// ENGAGEMENT 01
Cayman Islands
Led by Carlos Bourgy, Head of Restructuring & Insolvency
Development • Strategy • Training • Integration
We built a system that automates a significant portion of IMS's liquidation service offering across the Cayman Islands. The tool scrapes data from the Cayman Islands registry and judiciary in real time, pulls registries and gazettes, and turns the lot into an interactive dashboard. It also assists with financial reconciliation and reporting across active matters. We then trained Carlos on its use and technical stack, and consulted him on getting more out of ChatGPT and Claude for his day-to-day AI needs.
Key Outcome
A significant portion of the firm's liquidation workflow now runs automatically. The team monitors court filings and reconciles in real time.
[Marche] quickly understood the niche requirements of the project and delivered a practical, intelligent solution that is both useful and efficient. His knowledge, responsiveness and ability to translate complex needs into a functional AI tool were impressive.

// ENGAGEMENT 02
Perth, Western Australia
Led by Brandon Willington, CEO
Development • Training • Integration • Strategy
We've worked with Where U across the full stack of their AI integration. We built them a custom Sales and Commission Hub that converts every invoice raised into a commission claim, then runs those claims through a configurable rules engine for deterministic calculation. These features are not commercially available anywhere else. We've also built them a recruitment bot, an appointment setter, a voice agent, a member portal, and trained their teams along the way.
Key Outcome
Saving 25 hours of management time every month. A more adaptive team with more time for sales calls, increased revenue and reduced costs.
[Zenias] built a custom software solution for us that has features that straight up aren't commercially available on the market, and it's saving us around 25 hours a month in labour from some of our highest paid management staff.

Section 02 — The Reality
From Southbank to Docklands (and well beyond the CBD), teams are expected to show AI progress. The failure mode we see isn't "no strategy", it's strategy that never ships. We map how work really flows, ship a few automations while we're engaged so you're not betting on theory, and hand over a roadmap your Melbourne team can run.
Section 03 — The Approach
Structured remote workflow assessment with your Melbourne team. We interview leadership and operations via video to map the real picture.
Capability analysis, process mapping, and identification of 10-15 automation opportunities with ROI modelling for Victorian market conditions.
Comprehensive readiness assessment, strategic implementation plan, and prioritised roadmap for your organisation.
Build and deploy 2-3 quick-win automations during the engagement — tangible proof before larger commitments.
Section 04 — The Output
Deliverables are meant to be used: your Melbourne team should be able to run with them, with or without us in the channel.
Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring across six capability pillars. Workflow-Level Process Maps showing current-state operations and automation targets specific to your Victorian business.
2-3 deployed quick-win automations built during the engagement. These are running solutions, not prototypes — delivering value from day one.
12-18 month implementation plan with phased milestones, resource requirements, and an ROI Calculator modelling savings for your Melbourne operations.
Training materials and video guides for every deployed solution. 90-day advisory access for implementation questions, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
Strategy, training, and development — integrated. You don't choose between planning and execution.
Ready to tighten up Melbourne operations with AI?
Book a consultation to map your AI strategy and start deploying solutions.
Any Melbourne organisation looking to harness AI — from manufacturers in the western suburbs and health providers across Victoria to creative agencies in Collingwood and educational institutions. Whether you're starting fresh or your AI pilots haven't delivered expected results, we meet you where you are.
Most consulting firms hand over a report and move on. Zenias deploys working automations during the engagement so you see measurable ROI before the project ends. We stay in the room through execution — not just strategy.
Melbourne engagements are remote-first: video, screen share, and shared workspaces. Depth comes from how we run discovery, not from a postcode. We're Perth-based. If you want time on the ground with us, we can discuss that separately.
Every engagement is tailored. We move through four phases: discovery and stakeholder interviews, capability assessment and workflow mapping, quick-win automation deployment, and strategic roadmap delivery. Timelines flex to your situation.
Quick-win automations are built and deployed during the engagement itself — so you have working solutions before the formal engagement concludes. These prove immediate value and build confidence for larger initiatives.
A Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring, workflow-level process maps, an Automation Opportunity Register, deployed quick-win automations, a 12-18 month strategic roadmap, and an ROI Calculator specific to your Melbourne operations. Mid-market and enterprise clients also receive 90 days of advisory access.
Yes. We're designed to complement your existing capabilities. Whether your team handles implementation or you'd like Zenias to lead it, the engagement is structured to transfer knowledge and build internal capacity alongside external delivery.
