Readiness Assessment
Comprehensive capability analysis across strategy, infrastructure, team skills, processes, and governance.
Don't just get a report, get working solutions, a roadmap, and help with execution.
Comprehensive capability analysis across strategy, infrastructure, team skills, processes, and governance.
On-site assessment mapping your actual workflows at task-level to identify specific automation opportunities, ranked by ROI and feasibility.
We don't just recommend, we deploy working automations during the engagement. You see immediate ROI and proof that AI works.
Section 01 — Success Stories
We've worked with a lot of organisations. These two are the ones where we got to do all of it. Strategy, training, full-stack development, security, roadmapping. The kind of work that changes how a business operates.
// ENGAGEMENT 01
Cayman Islands
Led by Carlos Bourgy, Head of Restructuring & Insolvency
Development • Strategy • Training • Integration
We built a system that automates a significant portion of IMS's liquidation service offering across the Cayman Islands. The tool scrapes data from the Cayman Islands registry and judiciary in real time, pulls registries and gazettes, and turns the lot into an interactive dashboard. It also assists with financial reconciliation and reporting across active matters. We then trained Carlos on its use and technical stack, and consulted him on getting more out of ChatGPT and Claude for his day-to-day AI needs.
Key Outcome
A significant portion of the firm's liquidation workflow now runs automatically. The team monitors court filings and reconciles in real time.
[Marche] quickly understood the niche requirements of the project and delivered a practical, intelligent solution that is both useful and efficient. His knowledge, responsiveness and ability to translate complex needs into a functional AI tool were impressive.

// ENGAGEMENT 02
Perth, Western Australia
Led by Brandon Willington, CEO
Development • Training • Integration • Strategy
We've worked with Where U across the full stack of their AI integration. We built them a custom Sales and Commission Hub that converts every invoice raised into a commission claim, then runs those claims through a configurable rules engine for deterministic calculation. These features are not commercially available anywhere else. We've also built them a recruitment bot, an appointment setter, a voice agent, a member portal, and trained their teams along the way.
Key Outcome
Saving 25 hours of management time every month. A more adaptive team with more time for sales calls, increased revenue and reduced costs.
[Zenias] built a custom software solution for us that has features that straight up aren't commercially available on the market, and it's saving us around 25 hours a month in labour from some of our highest paid management staff.

Section 02 — The Challenge
Organisations across Australia face mounting pressure to adopt AI, yet 42% struggle with implementation complexity, not because they lack strategy, but because strategic plans sit in drawers while competitors ship working solutions.
Traditional consulting delivers 100-page reports outlining what you should do. Zenias shows you where opportunities hide in your actual workflows, deploys working automations during the engagement, and builds implementation roadmaps you can execute with your team, ours, or both.
Section 03 — The Process
On-site workflow assessment and stakeholder interviews across leadership and operational teams.
Capability analysis, process mapping, and identification of 10-15 automation opportunities with ROI modelling.
Deliver comprehensive readiness assessment, strategic implementation plan, and transition to execution phase.
Build and implement 2-3 quick-win automations during the engagement, providing immediate value.
Section 04 — Deliverables
Our forward-looking approach doesn't just solve today's problems. You're building for next year, not just next quarter.
Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring (Levels 1-5). Workflow-Level Process Maps showing current-state workflows, bottlenecks, and specific automation opportunities.
2-3 Deployed Quick-Win Automations built and implemented during the engagement (not recommendations, actual working solutions).
12-18 Month Strategic Implementation Roadmap with phased milestones, resource requirements, and an ROI Calculator for each automation.
Training materials and video guides for deployed automations. 90-day advisory access for implementation questions and optimisation.
We integrate consulting, training, and development. You're not choosing between strategy and execution, you get both.
Ready to move from strategy to execution?
Book a consultation to discuss your AI transformation roadmap.
Anyone navigating AI adoption, from sole traders and small businesses through to mid- market firms and enterprise organisations. If you understand that AI matters, but need clarity on where to start, what to prioritise or how to execute, then this service is built for you. It's equally valuable for leadership teams driving transformation and organisations whose AI pilots haven't yet delivered expected results.
Most consulting engagements end with a report and a handshake. Zenias stays in the room through execution. We map your actual workflows, deploy working automations during the engagement so you see real ROI immediately, and deliver an implementation roadmap you can act on whether with your team, ours, or both. You're not paying for recommendations that sit in a drawer.
Every engagement is tailored to your situation, so timelines and structure flex to what you need. Broadly, we move through four phases: on-site discovery and stakeholder interviews, capability and workflow assessment, quick-win automation deployment, and strategic roadmap delivery. The engagement can be a focused sprint or an ongoing advisory partnership - we scope what's right for you at the outset.
In-person, on-site assessments are available in Perth. For clients across the rest of Australia and internationally, we deliver the same structured engagement remotely via video, screen- share and collaborative tools - with no compromise to the depth of the process.
Quick wins are purposefully light, agile automations we build and deploy during the engagement, giving you working proof that AI delivers in your specific environment before you commit to larger initiatives. The exact nature and number are scoped to your workflows and system access. If a more complex solution is the right fit, we'll identify that and can transition directly into a full development engagement.
A comprehensive set of deliverables including a Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring across six capability pillars, workflow-level process maps, an Automation Opportunity Register ranking 10-15 identified opportunities by ROI and feasibility, deployed quick-win automations, a 12-18 month strategic implementation roadmap, and an ROI Calculator modelling your specific time savings and cost reductions. Mid-market and enterprise clients also receive 90 days of advisory access post-engagement.
It covers implementation questions, optimisation, and troubleshooting as you begin executing your roadmap. Support is available via call, screen-share, or in-person in Perth - whichever suits you. It's designed to make sure momentum doesn't stall once the formal engagement concludes.
Pricing is customised to your engagement - we offer fixed-fee project engagements, day rates, and retainer arrangements depending on what's most appropriate for your situation and goals. Contact us to discuss what fits your context.
Absolutely. Whether you're starting from scratch, have run pilots that haven't delivered, or already have AI tools in use but lack a coherent strategy, we meet you where you are. The readiness assessment is designed to give you an honest picture of where you stand and where the biggest opportunities lie.
Consulting integrates naturally with Zenias's Training and Development services. We can identify what to build, train your teams to use and extend it, and develop complex solutions where needed - all within a single, connected engagement. Governance services can also be layered in to ensure everything deployed is properly protected. You can engage consulting as a standalone service or as the starting point for a broader transformation.
Yes. The ROI Calculator, Readiness Assessment Report, and Automation Opportunity Register are all structured to support internal decision-making and investment conversations. We model time savings, cost reductions, and revenue opportunities specific to your workflows so the numbers are grounded in your reality, not industry averages.
