Defence, space, wine, and health teams in Adelaide: consulting that goes past strategy into deployed automations.
Assess how ready your Adelaide org really is for AI, across six capability pillars from infrastructure to team skills and governance.
Detailed mapping of your operations at the task level, uncovering where AI automation delivers the greatest return for SA businesses.
Working automations deployed during the engagement, proving immediate value while building the foundation for long-term transformation.
Section 01 — Success Stories
We've worked with a lot of organisations. These two are the ones where we got to do all of it. Strategy, training, full-stack development, security, roadmapping. The kind of work that changes how a business operates.
// ENGAGEMENT 01
Cayman Islands
Led by Carlos Bourgy, Head of Restructuring & Insolvency
Development • Strategy • Training • Integration
We built a system that automates a significant portion of IMS's liquidation service offering across the Cayman Islands. The tool scrapes data from the Cayman Islands registry and judiciary in real time, pulls registries and gazettes, and turns the lot into an interactive dashboard. It also assists with financial reconciliation and reporting across active matters. We then trained Carlos on its use and technical stack, and consulted him on getting more out of ChatGPT and Claude for his day-to-day AI needs.
Key Outcome
A significant portion of the firm's liquidation workflow now runs automatically. The team monitors court filings and reconciles in real time.
[Marche] quickly understood the niche requirements of the project and delivered a practical, intelligent solution that is both useful and efficient. His knowledge, responsiveness and ability to translate complex needs into a functional AI tool were impressive.

// ENGAGEMENT 02
Perth, Western Australia
Led by Brandon Willington, CEO
Development • Training • Integration • Strategy
We've worked with Where U across the full stack of their AI integration. We built them a custom Sales and Commission Hub that converts every invoice raised into a commission claim, then runs those claims through a configurable rules engine for deterministic calculation. These features are not commercially available anywhere else. We've also built them a recruitment bot, an appointment setter, a voice agent, a member portal, and trained their teams along the way.
Key Outcome
Saving 25 hours of management time every month. A more adaptive team with more time for sales calls, increased revenue and reduced costs.
[Zenias] built a custom software solution for us that has features that straight up aren't commercially available on the market, and it's saving us around 25 hours a month in labour from some of our highest paid management staff.

Section 02 — The Challenge
Adelaide isn't short on serious programs: defence, space, health, wine. Or on paperwork. The recurring gap is implementation: big intent, small movement. We start from workflows, not buzzwords. You get automations live during the engagement, plus a roadmap your Adelaide team can run with us or on their own.
Section 03 — The Process
Structured remote assessment with your Adelaide team. Stakeholder interviews across leadership and operations via video to understand your unique challenges and opportunities.
Capability analysis, process mapping, and identification of 10-15 automation opportunities with ROI modelling that uses SA-style cost and labour assumptions, not a Sydney template.
Comprehensive readiness assessment, strategic implementation plan, and clear execution pathway tailored to your organisation.
Build and implement 2-3 quick-win automations during the engagement — working proof of value in your environment.
Section 04 — The Deliverables
Built to be used. Your Adelaide people should know what to do next Monday.
Readiness Assessment Report with maturity scoring across six pillars. Workflow-Level Process Maps showing current-state operations, bottlenecks, and automation targets for your SA business.
2-3 working automations built and deployed during the engagement — running solutions in your environment, not recommendations on paper.
12-18 month implementation plan with phased milestones, resource requirements, and ROI Calculator modelling savings specific to your Adelaide operations.
Training materials and video guides for deployed solutions. 90-day advisory access for implementation questions, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
Consulting, training, and development, all connected. Strategy and execution delivered together.
Ready to ship AI improvements in Adelaide?
Book a consultation to map your AI strategy and deploy working solutions.
Adelaide's defence sector, space industry, wine producers, health and biomedical organisations, and manufacturing firms all benefit significantly. Whether you're a contractor at Lot Fourteen or a producer in the Barossa, AI consulting helps identify where automation creates the most value.
We deliver working solutions, not just recommendations. Automations are built and deployed during the engagement so you see real ROI before the project ends. Your team walks away with tools, not just a strategy document.
Yes. Adelaide work is remote by default, with the same cadence and depth we'd run in a room. If you want face-to-face time, ask. Our team is based in Perth.
Four phases: discovery and stakeholder interviews, capability assessment and workflow mapping, quick-win automation deployment, and strategic roadmap delivery. Every engagement is tailored to your organisation's specific situation.
Quick wins are light, agile automations scoped to your workflows — giving you working proof that AI delivers in your environment before committing to larger initiatives. The exact solutions depend on your operations and system access.
Readiness Assessment Report, workflow process maps, Automation Opportunity Register, deployed automations, a 12-18 month strategic roadmap, and ROI Calculator. Mid-market and enterprise clients also receive 90 days of advisory access.
Yes. The 90-day advisory access covers implementation questions, optimisation, and troubleshooting. For larger initiatives, consulting transitions naturally into our Development and Training services.
